# What's New in version 1.0

Version 1.0 of GoPromoteNow covers 16 to 30 September 2026 and brings 12 changes. The biggest areas are Inbox, Templates and New message. Every line below is the text published with the app itself, word for word, grouped by the part of the product it touches.

## The changes, by area

The 12 changes in version 1.0, grouped by the part of the product each one touches. Each line is exactly as it was published with the app. Where a line names a screen, such as Settings or Plan & billing, that is where you find the change in the app today.

### Templates

- Create WhatsApp message templates, send them to WhatsApp for review and see their status in one place.

### New message

- Start a conversation with any number using an approved template.

### Reply window

- When 24 hours have passed since the customer last wrote, send a template straight from the conversation.

### Numbers

- See every connected WhatsApp number in one place, and which number a conversation came in on.

### Inbox

- Uses the whole window on large screens, contact details dock beside the conversation, and you can search your conversations.
- Filter by who started the conversation — a customer, your team or a broadcast.
- If your workspace is linked to your management app, messages sent to a customer from its number appear as a read-only history beside your own conversations.
- A message that could not be delivered says why; stickers, locations, contact cards and reactions are shown as they are in WhatsApp.
- The page never scrolls as a whole — the list and the conversation each scroll on their own, with WhatsApp-style previews and a fresh wallpaper.
- Keyboard shortcuts — ↑ and ↓ move through the list, Enter opens, Esc closes, N starts a new message and / searches.

- Every button follows its permission. Choose a role bundle for each person, or build a custom role.
