# Your catalog, sent as WhatsApp cards or as one link

Keep what you sell in one catalog, whether products, services, plans or rooms, with photos, prices in your own words, features and availability. Send up to five items as cards or a list of up to ten the customer taps to choose from, and share the whole catalog as one public link.

## Set it up once

Add an item with its name, a description, the amount and period or a price in your own words, features such as home delivery, and an availability note, plus up to five photos. Arrows set the order, unticking Shown hides an item without deleting it, and how many items you keep depends on your plan.

## Send from the conversation

Press the shopping bag beside the paperclip while the 24-hour window is open. Send up to five items as cards, each with its first photo, name, price and details, or a list of up to ten in one message with a View items button; the customer's pick comes back to them straight away.

- A pick from the list is marked Automatic catalog reply in the conversation.
- The customer’s Enquire button labels the conversation with the item’s name.

## One link for everything you offer

Switch on the public page and anyone with the link sees every item you show, with photos, prices and features and an Enquire on WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the item already named. Put the link on Instagram, your website or a poster; hidden items never appear on it.

## Already on GoPGMS?

If your workspace is linked to GoPGMS and your plan includes it, Import brings each room type in with its plan's price, features and photos. Importing again updates names and prices but keeps what you changed here, and nothing is ever deleted, so the catalog and your management app stay in step.
