# Can I make a role of my own?

Yes. Open Team from the menu behind your initials, top right; under Custom roles, press New role, name it and tick exactly what it may do — a night desk that replies and writes notes but does not resolve, say, or a manager who looks after the quick replies and pays for the plan. Viewing conversations is always included, and a role somebody still has cannot be deleted.
