Troubleshooting

# Not delivered: “There is a problem with the payment method on this WhatsApp Business Account.”

Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account for the conversations your business starts with a template, such as reminders, receipts and new messages, so it needs a payment method that works. If your WhatsApp Manager says “Missing valid payment method”, or the card on file has failed, you add or fix it yourself in WhatsApp Manager → Billing. We never ask for, see or keep your card details. Until then, replies to customers who wrote to you in the last 24 hours still go out; templates do not. Once the payment method is in place, send the template again. If you cannot find Billing, email our support team at [gopgms9@gmail.com](mailto:gopgms9@gmail.com).
