Troubleshooting

# Customers say they messaged me, but nothing arrived.

Look at the banner at the top: if it says your number is not connected yet, or that the workspace is switched off, messages cannot arrive. Then check on Numbers, in the menu behind your initials, top right, that they used the right number, and email [gopgms9@gmail.com](mailto:gopgms9@gmail.com) if it still looks wrong.
