# How do I send a photo or a document?

Press the paperclip beside the reply box, check the file full size, add a caption if you like and send it. Photos up to 5 MB, videos and audio up to 16 MB, and PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and CSV files up to 100 MB — only while the 24-hour window is open.
