# What do I agree to before using a workspace?

Everyone who uses a workspace accepts its terms for themselves, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies — a colleague’s acceptance does not count for you, and one tick covers everything listed. The first time, you accept before the inbox opens. When a document changes you may be given a few days: a banner at the top says “Updated terms” and the date, you keep working, and “Review and accept” opens them. After that date the inbox stays closed for you until you accept.
