# Terms, privacy and WhatsApp's policies

Three documents cover your use of GoPromoteNow: our terms of service, our privacy policy and a WhatsApp and Meta policy. Everyone who uses a workspace accepts them for themselves the first time the inbox opens. The privacy policy is public; ask us for a copy of the other two, and Meta's own documents are linked below.

## Our documents

The privacy policy is published at gopromotenow.com/privacy for anyone to read. The terms of service and the WhatsApp and Meta policy are shown in the app the first time you open a workspace, and again whenever one changes; write to us and we will send you a copy to read before you sign up.

## Meta's documents

Because GoPromoteNow is built on WhatsApp's official Business Platform, every business using it also agrees to Meta's own terms and policies for WhatsApp. These are Meta's documents, published and changed by Meta; the links below go to Meta's own pages, so you always read the current version.
