About GoPromoteNow
GoPromoteNow is a WhatsApp team inbox made by Intend Technosoft Private Limited, the company that also makes GoPGMS, property management software used by hostels, PGs and co-living operators. We built the inbox for businesses that run on WhatsApp from a single phone and need their whole team to answer customers from one shared place.

What we believe
Customers should get an answer quickly, whoever on your team picks it up. A business should own its number and its customer list, not rent them from us. And prices should be clear: our plans are listed in full, and Meta's part is explained plainly, with a link to Meta's own page.
Your number stays yours
If you stop using us, we disconnect your number and you can take it elsewhere or back to the WhatsApp app.
What happens if you leave →Prices you can read
Every plan is on the pricing page, with the tax line. Meta bills its own charges to your WhatsApp Business Account.
See pricing →The official platform
Built on WhatsApp's official Business Platform (Cloud API).
