Everything your team needs to answer on WhatsApp

Six jobs, one inbox
Every feature works from the same shared inbox and the same number, so a greeting, a catalog card and a template all land in one conversation your team can see. Five of the six work today on every new workspace; the AI assistant is coming soon, and its page says exactly how it will work.

Write first on WhatsApp with Meta-approved templates: send one to a single customer or a list with Broadcast, scheduled, kept out of night hours, STOP honoured.
See broadcasts and templates →Automatic replies
A WhatsApp greeting for every new customer, an away message outside business hours, and quick replies your team adds with a slash. All from your own number.
See automatic replies →AI assistant Coming soon
Coming soon: an AI assistant that answers WhatsApp customers only from your own documents, names the source of each answer, and says so when it does not know.
See AI assistant →Catalog
Keep products, services, plans or rooms in one catalog and send them on WhatsApp as cards or a tap-to-choose list, or share the whole catalog as one public link.
See catalog →Security
Who can see your WhatsApp conversations, how message text and attachments are encrypted, signed-in devices you control, and support access that only reads.
