Where Wati may suit you better
If you need Instagram and Messenger in the same tool as WhatsApp, or chatbot flows built without code, Wati's site lists both. GoPromoteNow is WhatsApp-only today and keeps automation to greetings, away messages and quick replies, with an assistant that answers from your own documents coming soon.

You keep your number. Before we connect it, export your contacts and history from Wati, switch off its automatic replies and chatbots so customers do not get two answers, and remove Wati as a partner on your WhatsApp Business Account, because while it is still attached we can receive but not send.
