An AI assistant that answers from your own documents
The AI assistant answers customers from the support documents you add, such as price lists, timings and rules, and never from another business's. Each answer names the document it came from, and when the answer is not in your documents it says so instead of guessing. It is coming soon to every workspace.

How it will work
Owners and admins add documents under Settings: a PDF, Word, text or Markdown file, or text pasted in. Each document is read and split into passages, usually within a minute or two, and shows Ready when the assistant can use it; deleting a document takes it out of the answers at once.
- Each workspace's documents are its own: the assistant never answers from another business's.
- An answer that used a document shows “From:” and the document’s name in the conversation.
- The file itself is never sent to a customer.
- How many documents you can keep depends on your plan.
What happens until then
Settings shows the AI assistant as Coming soon, with its controls switched off, and no automatic AI reply is sent to any customer. Your greeting, away message and quick replies work today, and every conversation waits for your team, so a person answers every customer in the meantime.

Start with what works today
The AI assistant is coming soon. Everything else is ready today: start a free trial that needs no payment details, or look around the whole product on sample data first, with no sign-in. Setup takes a day or two, most of which is Meta verifying your number.
