Plans and pricing

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, with no payment details needed. Then the owner chooses a plan, paid monthly or yearly for less, in rupees in India and US dollars elsewhere. Meta's charges for WhatsApp messages are separate: Meta bills them to your WhatsApp Business Account directly.

What Meta charges, and who it bills

Meta charges for WhatsApp messages at its own rates, and bills them to your own WhatsApp Business Account, never through us. They are not part of your plan, we never mark them up, and we never ask for, see or keep the card on your WhatsApp account; Meta sets and changes its rates itself.

How paying works

The workspace owner, or a member whose role includes billing, pays on Plan & billing by UPI, card or net banking for rupee payments. GST is its own line at checkout and on the invoice, a voucher code goes in before you pay, and the receipt and invoice are emailed to the owner.

  • Paying during the trial keeps every trial day: the paid period starts the day the trial ends.
  • When a plan or trial ends, the workspace is read-only for 7 days, then only Plan & billing opens until a plan is paid. Nothing is deleted.
  • A yearly plan can be renewed in its last 30 days and a monthly one in its last 7, with no days lost.
  • Nothing moves to a paid plan without the owner choosing it.

Questions about plans and payment

These six answers come word for word from the GoPromoteNow help centre, with the plans and prices filled in from the same list as the cards above. Each links to its own page, where the answers next to it cover invoices, billing addresses and what happens when a plan or trial ends.

Upgrading later starts a new period of the new plan that day, and the unused days of your current plan come off its price.

How do I pay, and which payment methods can I use?

The workspace owner pays — or a member whose role includes billing — on Plan & billing → Choose a plan → Checkout; an admin sees the plan and invoices but cannot pay. UPI goes through CCAvenue; card and net banking go through Razorpay. A method that is not switched on yet says Coming soon, and UPI, card and net banking are for payments in rupees. Prices exclude GST, which is its own line at checkout and on the invoice; a voucher code goes in “Have a voucher?” before you pay. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed on our side, and the receipt and invoice are emailed to the owner and listed on Plan & billing.

What happens when my plan or trial ends?

For 7 days the workspace is read-only: every conversation opens, but nothing sends — no replies, templates or Broadcast — until a plan is paid. After that it locks, and only Plan & billing opens. Nothing is deleted: choose a plan and everything opens again. A yearly plan can be renewed in its last 30 days and a monthly one in its last 7; the new period starts the day the old one ends, so no days are lost.

Will my plan change without warning?

No. You will be told well before anything changes, and nothing moves to a paid plan without you choosing it. Your plan is always on Settings, in the menu behind your initials, top right, under Your plan; questions go to gopgms9@gmail.com.

What does it cost to reply to someone?

Meta charges for WhatsApp messages at its own rates and bills them to your WhatsApp Business Account directly — they are not part of your GoPromoteNow plan. Whether a message costs anything, replies included, is Meta’s to decide and can change: see Meta’s pricing page for current rates.
