For shops
WhatsApp for shops: answer every stock and delivery question
A shop hears the same questions all day on WhatsApp: is it in stock, what sizes, do you deliver. GoPromoteNow lets everyone in the shop answer from one inbox on the shop's own number, send the product itself from your catalog as a card, and follow up later with offers only for customers who said yes.

The messages a shop gets every day
These are the kinds of messages a shop hears on WhatsApp all day, from people who expect an answer in minutes, not tomorrow. Each one lands in your shared inbox with the customer's name, so whoever has a moment can answer it in your business's name while the rest of the team sees who did.
- Is the blue kurta available in medium?
- Do you deliver to my area, and when?
- Can I return it if it does not fit?
- Send me the new arrivals, please.
How GoPromoteNow helps a shop
Four features carry most conversations at a shop, and each links to its own page with the help answers that explain it. None needs anything installed: your team works in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, from your own business number, with customers seeing your business name.
Products as cards
Send up to five items as cards with photo, name and price, or a list of up to ten the customer taps to choose from, straight from the conversation.

Delivery areas, return rules and timings become quick replies: type a slash and the shortcut, and the answer drops into the reply box.
Read more →Offers for people who said yes
Send an approved offer template to a list of customers who agreed to hear from you; anyone who replies STOP stops getting marketing.
Read more →One link for everything
Switch on your catalog’s public page and share one link on Instagram, your website or a poster; every Enquire opens a chat with the item named.
Read more →Questions shops ask us
Two questions come up whenever a shop looks at GoPromoteNow, so here are the direct answers. If yours is different, the help centre has more than a hundred answers, our team will walk you through it on a demo call, or you can chat with us on WhatsApp right away.
Can customers pay inside the chat?
Not through GoPromoteNow today. Your team answers, sends the item and agrees the order in the conversation, then uses the payment link or method your shop already has. The catalog shows the price in your own words, and nothing is charged by us for an order.
Can I message all my customers about a sale?
Only those who agreed to hear from you, and only with a template Meta has approved. Broadcast sends one approved template to a list you paste, keeps quiet hours at night, and skips anyone who has opted out, so a sale message never reaches somebody who said no.
See it working for your business
Look around the whole product on sample data, with no sign-in, or start a free trial that needs no payment details. Setup takes a day or two, most of which is Meta verifying your number, and our team connects your number with you on a short call.
