Trust and security
Trust and security
Your conversations belong to your business. Only the people you invite can read them, message text can be stored encrypted with a key for your workspace alone, our support team can only look through a read-only session you can see, and your number stays yours if you leave. Each point below links to the details.

How your conversations are protected
Six things decide who can read your customers' messages and what happens to them: who you invite, how messages are stored, how your number's connection is kept, which devices are signed in, how our support team can look, and what you can ask us to export or delete. Each card opens the full answer.
Only the people you invite
Each person can do only what their role allows, and removing someone stops their access on their very next action.

GoPromoteNow is built on WhatsApp's official Business Platform (Cloud API), the platform Meta provides for business software. Your number is connected to your own WhatsApp Business Account with Meta, Meta bills its charges to that account directly, and messages travel between Meta and us over encrypted connections.
- Your number is yours: if you stop using us, we disconnect it and you can take it elsewhere.
- Meta sets the rules for every business on WhatsApp: Meta's main rules, and why your quality rating matters.
- Messages pass through Meta on their way to and from customers, as they do for anyone using WhatsApp.
Policies and terms
Everyone who uses a workspace accepts its terms of service, the privacy policy and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies before the inbox opens, each person for themselves. The privacy policy is public, ask us for a copy of the terms to read before you sign up, and the legal page links Meta's own documents.
Report a security problem
If you think you have found a security problem in GoPromoteNow, write to gopgms9@gmail.com with what you saw and how to repeat it. Please do not test against other people's workspaces or data. We read every report and come back to you about it.
