Is my conversation data encrypted?

Security, in the menu behind your initials, top right, shows four things under Encryption, each with its state today. Messages at rest: once GoPGMS has switched it on for your workspace, message text is encrypted before it is stored, with a key kept for your workspace alone, so a copy of the database on its own cannot be read — while older messages are being converted, it says so. Attachments: photos, documents and voice notes are kept in private storage, encrypted on disk and opened only through short-lived links. In transit: everything between your browser, our servers and WhatsApp travels over an encrypted connection. Access tokens: the keys that connect your number are stored encrypted and never shown. WhatsApp encrypts messages between the customer’s phone and Meta; GoPromoteNow encrypts the copy it keeps. None of it changes who on your team can read a conversation, and because message text is encrypted, search finds people; use Find in this conversation for words.
