What plans are there, and how does the free trial work?
Basic: Shared inbox and replies; Templates and starting conversations; 1 WhatsApp number; Up to 3 team members; Quick replies; Greeting and away messages; Built-in roles. Professional: Shared inbox and replies; Templates and starting conversations; 1 WhatsApp number; Up to 10 team members; Quick replies; Greeting and away messages; Broadcast; Built-in and custom roles; White-label: your brand on the inbox; Custom domain. Enterprise is coming soon. Each is paid monthly, or yearly for less. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, with no payment details needed — the days left show at the top of every screen. The owner, or a member whose role includes billing, chooses a plan on Plan & billing, in the menu behind your initials; paying during the trial keeps its remaining days, as the paid period starts when the trial ends. Upgrading later starts a new period of the new plan that day, and the unused days of your current plan come off its price.
