The changes, by area
The 10 changes in version 0.9, grouped by the part of the product each one touches. Each line is exactly as it was published with the app. Where a line names a screen, such as Settings or Plan & billing, that is where you find the change in the app today.
Getting in
- Confirm your email and look around while our team calls you. Forgot password and team invitations work from the sign-in page.
Inbox
- Assign a conversation to a team member, resolve it when it is done, and label it. Filter the list by assignee and label.
- Write an internal note in a conversation that only your team can see.
- Conversations are grouped by day, and every reply shows which of your team sent it, with delivery ticks.
Photos and documents
- Send them from the inbox. Tap a photo to open it, then share or save it. Photos are shrunk in your browser before they upload.
Contact info
- Tap the customer's name for their media, documents and links.
Workspaces
- If your account covers more than one business, switch between them from the top bar without signing out.
Account menu
- Behind your initials, with a light and dark theme switch.
Phone
- The conversation gets the whole screen, the message box stays above the keyboard, and the page no longer zooms when you tap a field.
What's new
- This page, with a dot on the menu when there is something new to read.
