What are quiet hours, and can I send at night?
Broadcasts do not go out between 9 pm and 9 am in your workspace’s time zone, so your customers are not messaged at night. A Broadcast sent in those hours waits and goes out by itself at 9 am: nothing is dropped, and its report says Waiting for 09:00 (quiet hours). Send now, on that report, sends it during quiet hours, for that Broadcast and that night only. Send now appears only when our support team has switched it on for your workspace; ask at gopgms9@gmail.com.
