How do I change my business info on WhatsApp (picture, name, about, address)?
Open Numbers in the menu behind your initials and press Business profile on your number. Change the photo, About, category, description, address, email or websites and save: Meta shows the change on your customers’ WhatsApp by itself, so there is nothing to publish. A new display name goes to Meta for review first, which usually takes a day or two. Business hours and a map pin cannot be set from here, because Meta does not let connected numbers set them; showing your catalog on the profile is coming with Catalog v2.
