Is everything GoPGMS sends copied, and do replies show?

Only messages to your customers: messages to you and your staff are left out, sign-in codes never appear, and links inside a message show as [link]. A customer’s reply shows in the same read-only conversation, with a photo or file as a label such as “📷 Photo”.
