How do I add my GoPGMS staff?
If your workspace is linked to your GoPGMS account, open Team from the menu behind your initials, top right, and press Sync from GoPGMS. Find people with the search box — by name, mobile or email — and tick the ones who should work the inbox; their GoPromoteNow role follows their GoPGMS permissions, and you can change it per person. Press Preview sync to see exactly what will happen, and Sync to confirm. People with an email get an invitation; people without one sign in with their GoPGMS mobile or from the GoPGMS app. Someone who has left GoPGMS is only paused when you tick them, never removed, and syncing again changes nothing already done. You do not have to sync everybody: people with WhatsApp portal access in GoPGMS can also come in from GoPGMS directly, and join the team on their first visit.
