Pasting a list: what goes on each line?
In Broadcast, put one customer on each line: the number, then a name and any values, with commas between. What you paste stays as you pasted it. If a line has more than one phone number, press Put each on its own line under the box when they are separate customers, and press Remove it when the first line is a heading copied from a sheet. Before you send, lines with a phone number in the name or a value are listed, and you tick These lines are correct once you have checked them.
