Can GoPGMS send reminders and receipts from our WhatsApp number?
Yes, once your own number is connected. Open Settings → Automatic messages: GoPGMS has prepared every message in your name. Check the wording and submit each group to WhatsApp. Once WhatsApp approves them, send yourself a test and switch the group on. Reminders, receipts and reports, and booking and other notifications each switch on separately. Those messages appear in the customer’s conversation as Automatic, and replies come to you. If WhatsApp refuses one from your number, for example because the payment method on your WhatsApp account stopped working, that message is not sent at all and never re-sent from the GoPGMS number. It is counted on Settings, and GoPGMS shows the details. Sign-in codes always come from the GoPGMS number. Messages sent from your own number are not charged to your GoPGMS wallet; WhatsApp bills your WhatsApp account. Our team can set it up for you: email gopgms9@gmail.com.
