What does Meta charge for?
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages at its own rates — what a message costs can depend on its category (Marketing, Utility and so on) and on the customer’s country. They are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account directly, not part of your GoPromoteNow plan. Meta sets and changes its rates itself: see Meta’s pricing page for current rates.
