What do “3h left”, “Closed” and “Awaiting reply” mean on a conversation?
They are the reply window. Hours or minutes left is how long you can still type freely, Closed means a template is needed, and Awaiting reply means you wrote first and the customer has not answered yet. In the list, a conversation with plenty of time left shows nothing at all.
