How do I send one template to many people with Broadcast?
With Broadcast. Press Broadcast in the top bar — or, on Templates, press Use on an approved template and choose Send to many, which opens Broadcast with that template chosen. Paste the numbers, fill in the values, send yourself a test the first time, then send. Each customer gets the message in their own conversation, and their replies land in your inbox. If Send gets no answer and you send the same Broadcast again, even after reloading the page, you are taken to the one already created instead of sending it twice.
