Can I see how each template is doing?
Yes. On Templates, the line under each template’s name shows its last 30 days: how many were sent, and how many of those were delivered, read, replied to and failed. On a phone the line keeps sent, read and replied; the ticks on each message in a conversation still show whether that one was delivered and read.
