Utility or Marketing — which category do I pick?
Utility is about something the customer already has with you: an order, an appointment, a payment, a reminder. Anything promotional is Marketing, which Meta charges more for and reviews harder — and if the words read as marketing, Meta moves it there whatever you picked.
